New York State has recently enacted the Compassionate Care Act, making Medical Marijuana available for certified patients with serious conditions.

Who is potentially eligible to become a certified Medical Marijuana patient?
New York is one of the strictest program in the country with only a handful of “severe, debilitating or life threatening” health conditions that are currently eligible for Medical Marijuana treatment.
You must have one of the following medical conditions to qualify for medical marijuana in the state of New York.

To inquire if you qualify for a Medical Marijuana Certification for yourself or for a patient, please fax to (516) 593-0406 with your name, phone number a signed letter from your doctor and medical records confirming one of the NYS approved medical conditions. Within 72 business hours of receipt of fax, your information will be reviewed by one of our healthcare professionals. If eligible, you will be called to schedule you for a medical marijuana visit.
The cost of the Medical Marijuana visit is $200, paid in cash or credit card, at the time the visit. No insurance, no checks are accepted.
At time of the visit, patient must have either a valid driver’s license or a non-driver identification from NY DMV, or Utility bills or copy of Lease, or Hospital bill with New York address or residence.
There is no need to change your Primary Care Physician or any one of your Specialist Physician.
Patients who received certification must also register with the NY Dept of Health to receive a registry identification card (ID Card). Certified patients must show the ID card when buying Medical Marijuana at dispensing facility.
